Aaron Matthew Lovelace, director of operations and a partner of BlueSkySearch.com, passed away unexpectedly May 15 after a brief illness. He was 27.
For the past five years, Lovelace managed the daily operations of the website’s online job center, which also serves as the career center for The Packer. He designed the company’s first website in 1998 when he was only 15 years old, said Mike Lovelace, his father, and president and owner of BlueSkySearch.
Lovelace placed high value on customer relationships within the produce industry.
“If there was ever a champion of great customer service, it was Aaron,” Mike Lovelace said.
“He loved his work in our business and in this industry, and was devoted to his family and dedicated to their well-being.”
He is survived by his wife Qiana; two daughters, Ariana, 12, and Cloey, 2; his father Mike and his stepmother, Duby.
Services were May 19.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Lovelace’s honor to the Humane Society of Yuma.
