CHEP USA and its sister company LeanLogistics are winners of annual awards in sales and customer service.

Atlanta-based CHEP USA and Holland, Mich.-based LeanLogistics were recognized at the 7th annual Stevie Awards in Las Vegas, according to a CHEP USDA news release.

CHEP USA received a Silver Stevie Award for customer service department of the year in the Airlines, Distribution & Transportation category.

LeanLogistics won a Bronze Stevie Award in the same category.

CHEP USA also was recognized in the Contact Center of the Year category.

“We are honored to be counted among other world-class organizations that are being recognized for their excellence in customer service,” Bill Duff, vice president of customer operations at CHEP USA said in the release. “At CHEP, one of our core beliefs is that everything begins with the customer. This recognition is living proof that our Customer Care Center is truly living that commitment every day.”
