California Giant Berry Farms has revamped its website, adding new features that include a berry recipe search function.
Consumers can search the Watsonville, Calif.-based company’s library by berry type or meal.
One section dubbed “Recipes That’ll Wow” features a mixed berry Napoleon, raspberry and chocolate smoothies and a blueberry-onion sauced pork tenderloin.
The website showcases new promotions, featured products, preparation tips and philanthropic causes, according to a news release. The site supplies information to business partners as well.
It also incorporates the California Giant cycling team site and a berry blog, The Buzz.
“We strived for a site that is friendly, well-organized and alive with color and dynamic, helpful information,” Cindy Jewell, California Giant’s director of marketing, said in the release. “Ideally, this will be a place where visitors initially come to find information, but end up sharing about their lives and passions as well.”
Social media feeds and links are on every page, plus the CG Cares blog, allowing visitors to discuss and contribute to cancer awareness and prevention.
