An auditor training course for the CanadaGAP program is set for Oct. 6-10 in Guelph, Ontario.
The course, offered by CanadaGAP certifier NSF-GFTC, includes review of CanadaGAP requirements using practical examples specific to commodities and regions, according to a news release. It also includes an overview unit on hazard analysis and critical control points.
Pre-exam reviews are set for the final day of the course, followed by actual exams for CanadaGAP, HACCP and repacking and wholesale certification.
The course costs $1,490 for NSF members and $1,659 for non-members.
