Fresh Express employee donations provided a holiday gift or toy and a new jacket to 123 children living at Pueblo del Mar Recovery Center in Seaside, Calif.

The effort was organized by the Fresh Express Women’s Leadership Network. The donations also included 40 bags of clothing, shoes and accessories plus a stocked cosmetic bag for each of the women in the family recovery program.

The initiative also received donations from the law firm of Burnham Brown; attorney Jim Fitzpatrick of Fitzpatrick, Spini and Swanston; and personal contributions from attorney Robert Bodzin of Burnham Brown.

Pueblo del Mar is operated by Sun Street Centers and partners with government agencies and local nonprofits. Homeless families receive multi-agency services at one site.
