The Idaho Potato Commission launched a website, Potato 101.

The website will include 23 instructional videos that offer cooking instructions for preparing potatoes in various dishes, including roasting and making potato chips.

The site includes tips on storage and cleaning, as well as frequently asked questions about potato concerns and trouble-shooting advice for cooking.

Visitors can learn about the commission and the history of Idaho potatoes.

“With ‘Potato 101,’ we wanted to create an all-inclusive space where anyone, from a culinary student or an accomplished chef, to someone making their first baked potato, could find answers to their questions,” Don Odiorne, vice president of foodservice for the commission, said in a news release.
