Amy Mercado was promoted from administration coordinator to director of operations. She will oversee operational procedures and manage board finances.
Marilda Peele served as industry relations specialist. She is now the director of industry relations and will manage foreign and domestic outreach programs, among other tasks, according to a news release.
Megan McKenna took on her role as director of marketing last year. Melanie Teel succeeded McKenna as marketing manager. Teel comes to the mango board from a law firm where she was manager of marketing and public relations.
Kristine Concepcion joined the companay in a new position as communications specialist. She was a consultant in the nutrition field for more than five years, and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011.
