Author and registered dietitian Heather Jones has a new video of recipes on the California Table Grape Commission website.

Jones, who specializes in weight management and behavior change therapy, demonstrates three new recipes in the video:

  • California grape and avocado salad;
  • honey-balsamic chicken with California grapes; and
  • mini grape crisps with nutty oat topping.

The video is part of a series, “The One Ingredient That Can Change Everything.”

Jones and the Fresno-based commission cited the health benefits of grapes in a news release.

A ¾ cup serving has 90 calories, no fat, no cholesterol and virtually no sodium. Grapes of all colors contain antioxidants and other polyphenols; potassium; and vitamin K.
