The Quebec Produce Marketing Association and the Buy California Marketing Agreement are showcasing California products in a French-language document, “En route vers les produits de la Californie.”

Julie DesGroseilliers, spokeswoman for the QPMA’s “I love 5 to 10 servings a day,” said the guide takes consumers on a “culinary road trip” of Route 66. The guide features avocados, asparagus, pears, wine and other products in the California Grown program. It includes menu suggestions and recipes.

“It’s a very colourful guide intended to educate consumers on these delicious products by providing them with nutritional information and useful tips,” DesGroseilliers said in a news release.
