Ready Pac Foods Inc. has achieved Level 3 food safety certification at its Florence, N.J., facility from Safe Quality Food (SQF).

Level 3 is the highest level of certification from SQF, the only food safety program outside of Europe recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI), according to a news release from Irwindale, Calif.-based Ready Pac.

Ready Pac is in the process of implementing SQF certification in all of its facilities.

Clients that achieve Level 3 certification from SQF are allowed to use the company’s logo on products and marketing materials.
