RedLine Solutions has turned to social media to entice produce companies to learn more about the Produce Traceability Initiative with a consulting sweepstakes on Facebook.
The Santa Clara, Calif.-based traceability company announced the contest Dec. 4 in a news release. Entries can be submitted through Jan. 11 by visiting RedLine’s Facebook page at tinyurl.com/RedLine-sweepstakes.
The winner will receive two free hours of traceability consulting services from RedLine’s Gary Fleming, vice president of strategic services. Fleming helped develop the Produce Traceability Initiative. Before his work at RedLine, Fleming worked for the Produce Marketing Association and GS1.
RedLine Solutions has traceability programs designed for every segment of the fresh produce industry, from seed to store, the news release said, and has installed systems for more than 120 fresh produce operations across North America.
