Mike Illum has been named senior vice president of retail sales and merchandising at Bolthouse Farms and taken on the responsibilities of chief customer officer Bill Levisay, who is retiring after four years there.

Illum was previously vice president of grocery at the Bakersfield, Calif.-based carrots and juice products company. He joined the company last year from Campbell Soup Co. where he was vice president of sales, planning, strategy and strategic accounts. He previously held positions with Kraft Food Groups.

Levisay joined the company in 2010.

“During his time at Bolthouse Farms, Bill revamped our customer management practices and built a talented team of sales professionals that will continue to positively impact our customer relationships for years to come,” Jeff Dunn, president and chief executive officer of Bolthouse Farms, said in a release. “We thank him for his dedication to our brand and wish him all the best in the future.”

“I am thrilled that Mike has accepted this new role and am confident in his abilities to lead and further enhance our customer value creation efforts with our valued retail partners,” Dunn said.
