Mastronardi Produce’s Sunset label is continuing its partnership with Pink Ribbon Produce for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Sunset’s Campari cocktail tomato packs will carry the Pink Ribbon logo and messaging during October.

At the Produce Marketing Association Fresh Summit in Anaheim, Calif., Sunset is slated to host the Pink Ribbon retailer appreciation ceremony at 3 p.m. Oct. 18 at booth 4228.

The Kingsville, Ontario-based greenhouse grower-shipper has donated more than $100,000 to the Pink Ribbon program, which promotes breast cancer research and education.

“We started working with Pink Ribbon Produce shortly after they were established,” chief executive officer Paul Mastronardi said in a news release.

“Our partnership with Pink Ribbon helps to educate consumers both in stores and online that healthy habits can help reduce the risk of disease,” he said.
