KSP Enterprise Inc. has satisfied a reparation order issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture news release.

The Fullerton, Calif.-based company was sanctioned by the USDA for failure to pay a $183,594 reparation award in favor of a Washington seller, according to a USDA news release in September.

KSP Enterprise has met its obligations and is now free to operate in the produce industry. Brian Chong, the listed officer, director and major stockholder of the business, may now be employed by or affiliated with any PACA licensee.
