The U.S. Department of Agriculture has lifted sanctions issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act on Numero Uno Market Inc., Los Angeles.

The company, whose license is terminated, has paid the $500 reparation order issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, according to a news release.

Although the company cannot operate in the produce industry, its responsibly connected officers, directors, and major stockholders — Steven Torres, George Torres, and Roberta Torres — may now be employed by or affiliated with any PACA licensee.
