The University of California-Davis’s Center for Produce Safety will have a research symposium June 23.

Center for Produce Safety to host symposium

Open to professionals across the produce supply chain, the event features presentations by the institute’s scientists and discussions of how companies can apply new research findings, according to a news release.

The Center for Produce Safety was founded in 2007 with major support from donors including the Produce Marketing Association, Taylor Farms, the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Western Growers, the California Farm Bureau and the University of California, according to the release.
