Dole Fresh Vegetables’ facilities have achieved Safe Quality Food certification, receiving “excellent” audit scores.

Four Dole value-added processing facilities in Ohio, Arizona, North Carolina and California received SQF certifications, according to a news release from the Monterey, Calif.-based company.

The SQF certification is benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative and is administered by the SQF Institute, a division of the Food Marketing Institute.
