Pablo’s Produce of Oxnard, Calif., has voluntarily recalled one lot of cilantro due to possible salmonella contamination.
The recalled cilantro was labeled Pablo’s Produce of USA in red and green and Cilantro in black. It bore UPC code 03383801049.
It was sold Nov. 24 through Dec. 2. No illnesses were reported, the company said in a news release.
Salmonella was detected in a random sample taken from a California produce distributor.
Consumers who may have the recalled cilantro should discard it or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
