The Eagle-based Idaho Potato Commission has upgraded its Web site, adding new resources for consumers, retailers and foodservice professionals.
The site, idahopotato.com, is easier to navigate and includes hundreds of recipes, nutrition information, industry news and a kids’ page, according to a news release.
Because recipes drive the most traffic to the site, the new idahopotato.com includes a page that showcases a different recipe every day.
For retailers, resources include Potato Lover’s Month display contest information, point-of-sale kits, a size guide and a new shippers/processors directory.
On the foodservice side, the site features a new blog, Dr. Potato, written by the commission’s vice president of foodservice, Don Odiorne.
