The Environmental Protection Agency recently registered Frenzy, with Veloz Technology, from Fort Collins, Colo.-based Fuzion Technologies LLC.

The product contains the active ingredient bifenthrin, a pyrethroid, according to the label.

Veloz Technology from Huntsman Petrochemical LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah, speeds the movement of certain insecticides through the plant cuticle, according to Fusion's website.

Frenzy is a restricted-use pesticide and is labeled for use on a host of crops, including cucurbits, sweet corn, Brassica, eggplant, pepper, tomatoes and head lettuce, to control a wide array of insect and mite pests.
