In light of the recent discovery of zebra chip in the Pacific Northwest, the Plant Management Network has relaunched its educational webinar on the potato disease.
It can be viewed by clicking here.
The presentation, which features North Dakota State University plant pathologist Gary Secor, provides an overview of the disease, the potato psyllid that vectors the disease, disease symptoms and management practices, according to a news release.
It will be open for free access on the website through Jan. 31, 2012.
Other educational sessions also may be viewed on the Focus on Potato website.
The non-profit Plant Management Network is a joint effort of the American Society of Agronomy, American Phytopathological Society and Crop Science Society of America.
