The New York Department of Environmental Conservation has registered Danitol Insecticide from Valent U.S.A. on stone fruit.

The pyrethroid, which contains the active ingredient fenpropathrin, already was registered for use on pome fruit, grapes, strawberries and vegetables in the state, according to a news release.

It targets Oriental fruit moth, Japanese beetle, plum curculio, tarnished plant bug, European red mite and two-spotted spider mites, among other pests.
