Lee: you put the needs of your customers/partners/members above yourself and honestly and intently listen to what they are telling you. And respond accordingly, of course
Cory: If you consistently look to innovate and disrupt the status quo.
Sandra: If you can anticipate what your customers want and deliver with consistent quality and exceptional service. An integral part of achieving this goal is by nurturing and developing relationships, whether it be with customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
